This 7-CLASS SERIES is designed to empower and inspire youth (ages 13-17), elevating their physical fitness, confidence and healthy habits. We place a strong focus on targeted strength and conditioning along with essential movement development. Our growth-oriented approach ensures participants experience meaningful change.
Classes are taught by Oskar Gut.

Mobility Fundamentals - 5-Class Series
This 5-class series will unlock your movement potential and transform your body. Join this progressive class to enhance range of motion in your shoulders, hips and spine as you systematically build your mobility week by week. Over the weeks, you’ll be guided through targeted exercises and techniques, building strength, flexibility, and stability. Take the first step towards a more fluid and agile body. Weather permitting, we will practice outdoors!
